In this workshop, you will learn how stress really arises and what hidden role your inner belief patterns play in it.
With the help of guided meditations and the mindful presence of the horses, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You will learn to recognize old inner patterns and detach yourself from burdensome thoughts.
Through simple techniques for self-regulation and new, practical routines, the possibility arises to face stressful situations more calmly and sustainably bring more balance into life.
Goals of the workshop:
- Experience mindfulness: Reduce stress and find inner calm.
- Guided meditations: Sharpen the senses and promote serenity.
- Inner belief patterns: Recognize and understand the inner drivers.
- Needs and strategies: Become aware of your own needs and develop new strategies.
- Strengthen the nervous system: Understand stress reactions and promote self-regulation.
