Guided hike

Join Verena Bischof on a hike to a milk and a young cattle alpine pasture. Learn about the differences between these alpine pastures, interesting facts about cheese production, and the love-filled yet labor-intensive life on the alpine pasture. Experience an unforgettable hike through self-produced products like milk, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, sausages, traditional mountain cheese, the magnificent view of the mountains, and Verena's herbal knowledge.

Cost: Free for guests from partner establishments, € 5 for children up to 15 years, otherwise € 20 per person. The ride on cable cars and buses costs extra! The guest card Bregenzerwald and Großes Walsertal is valid on the cable cars and in regular buses.

Equipment: Ankle-high mountain shoes with profiled soles, backpack with at least 1 L of liquid, sun or rain protection, and hiking poles (if available).
