In the biosphere park project "Genuss-Spechte," we have established the foundations for close cooperation between the people, agriculture, dairies, and gastronomy of the Große Walsertal.
Our kitchen team, led by Fabio Sperger, uses carefully selected and high-quality products for the preparation of the dishes.

We pamper you with fresh rainbow trout, char, and salmon trout from our own fish ponds, venison & roe deer from the local hunting area, mountain cheese & butter from the Alps of the biosphere park.
We are pleased to serve self-picked forest mushrooms, blueberries, chives, mountain herbal tea, as well as homemade jams, apple sauce, dried apple wedges, apple juice, and much more.

The menu also includes vegetarian dishes, vegan upon request. Dogs are welcome.
