1. Tasting station: Aperitif and Amuse Bouche at the TRAUBE BRAZ Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel ****, Außerbraz
2. Tasting station: cold starter + 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative at Gasthof Rössle, Innerbraz
3. Tasting station: warm starter + 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative at Gasthof Post, Dalaas
4. Tasting station: main course + 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative at Klostertaler Hof - Restaurant Das Guat, Klösterle am Arlberg
5. Tasting station: dessert + 1 glass of wine, coffee, or non-alcoholic alternative at Wirtschaft Traube, Klösterle am Arlberg

Return trip by bus at around 10:30 p.m. (persons can be taken along on the way back from Klösterle to Braz)
