An impressive 3-day hut-to-hut hike starting at the Muttersberg Cable Car, passing through the Frassenhütte and Freiburger Hütte, and ending in Außerbraz, featuring a variety of mountain and alpine trails.
Tour description
You start at theMuttersberg Cable Car Valley Station andhike along well-marked trails tothecozyFrassenhütte atabout 1,725 m. Along the way, you’ll catch your first glimpses of the mountain scenery and the tranquility of the high mountains.

Equipment
Sturdy footwear, warm clothing, rain and sun protection, a snack, a full water bottle, and hiking poles are recommended. Additionally, bring gear for an overnight stay in a mountain hut. A cell phone for emergencies.
